  • Kaleokalani (Hawaiian for “The Voice of Heaven”) was raised in his native homeland of Hawaii

    His experience in the workers compensation industry includes Marketing and Client Services for two  nurse case management companies, a dental workers’ compensation company, several investigation companies and an MSA company. Kaleo believes strongly in “servant leadership,” which involves inspiring others, leading by example, and putting others first.

  • As the founder and former CEO of Professional Dynamics, Inc. (“PDI”), Betti brings over 40 years of clinical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to her team and clients and spearheaded the creation of innovative and cost-effective customized programs and services that are now the backbone of PDI.

    A graduate of Loma Linda University, Betti first became involved in the managed care services industry in 1974, when she was hired as a Field Case Manager with Intracorp in Hawaii. Her early experiences included managing a team of over 40 nurses responsible for dealing with catastrophic cases within the Pacific Rim, including the Philippines and Indonesia. 

    Betti founded and incorporated PDI in Washington in 1981, and expanded the business to provide Nurse Case Management, Utilization Review, MPN Administration, triage/early intervention, prescription management, and a 24/7 First Report of Injury/Nurse Advice hotline. 

    Betti splits her time between California and Hawaii, where she served a full four-year term as a Board Member for Castle Medical Center in Kailua, Hawai’i. 

  • Dr. Golden received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine, Omaha, Nebraska . He is a certified Diplomate for the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Golden started with PDI as a utilization review physician reviewer in May 2022 and within a year was promoted to Medical Director in May of 2023.

  • Cindy is a professional nurse case manager with 20 years of experience in both field and telephonic medical case management in the workers compensation system in California, Nevada and Montana, working with physicians, providers, patients, claims professionals, employers, and attorneys on complex injuries in the industrial arena.

    Cindy joined Professional Dynamics, Inc. in 2016 and has served as our Clinical Services Director since 2019.

  • Sarah has been a Licensed Vocational Nurse for over 30 years, during which she developed expertise in both clinical and managed care. Sarah joined Professional Dynamics, Inc. in 2004 and has served as its Utilization Review Manager since 2008.

    In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, gardening and spending time with her 8 grandchildren. 

  • Heather is responsible for all activities related to the administrative coordination of the Referral Intake Unit and for ensuring adherence to all applicable state and client guidelines, including time constraints during the intake process. Lines of services supported by the Referral Intake Unit are Utilization Review (UR), Case Management Services, Rx Treatment, 24/7 Nurse Triage and Injury Reporting and Medical Provider Network. In addition, Heather manages multiple Human Resources activities, including new hire onboarding, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee and labor relations, employee well-being, performance management, job evaluation, and administrative duties.

    Heather supports PDI’s mission, vision, and values by exhibiting a commitment to excellence, competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, personalization, community and accountability. Before joining PDI in 2006, Heather worked in Vocational Rehabilitation.

  • Katie is a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional with 15 years of experience.  She has been meeting and exceeding the accounting and business manager needs of Professional Dynamics, Inc. since 2018. As the Business Manager/Senior Accountant, she handles the everyday office operations for the company. Specializing in problem solving, accurately and efficiently supporting accounting activities, and managing an all-encompassing view of the business, Katie has a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to, supporting intake and utilization review, processing billing and invoicing, providing timely and accurate financial reports, reviewing and analyzing balance sheet reconciliations, and monitoring transactions. She also maintains the accounting controls/processes and effective communication with management, working together to ensure the financial success of the company.

  • Timothy Tyrrell has been a registered nurse for 34 years and has worked in the medical profession since 1976. For 21 years, Tim worked as a Surgical Nurse and Manager with a specialty in orthopedics before transitioning to Nurse Case Management. He has worked in Workers Compensation Case Management now for 23 years. His past experience in catastrophic management, crisis intervention, utilization review, and telephonic and field case management has benefitted claims managers, physicians, employers and injured workers. Tim’s passion is assisting injured workers in rehabilitation, restoration of function and return to work.

  • Experienced leader with over 16 years of proven success in sales and account management. I am a results-oriented professional known for driving productivity through teamwork, initiatives, and effective negotiation skills. Demonstrated expertise in marketing, sales operations, and customer service, resulting in improved efficiency and increased customer retention rates. Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on penetrating new markets and cultivating successful business relationships. Motivated by new challenges and committed to excelling in all endeavors.
